Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, handling inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide timely and effective customer support through various communication channels (email, phone, chat).
Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
Resolve customer complaints and problems by determining the best solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed about our offerings
Review and verify customer profiles to ensure the accuracy and legitimacy of the information provided.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding experience.
Identify customer needs and provide information on company products or services.
Ensure customer satisfaction by following up to ensure that issues are fully resolved.
Continuously improve support processes based on customer feedback.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer inquiries in a professional and polite manner.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
