Position: LinkedIn Social Media Handler (Freelancer)
Objective:
We are looking for an experienced freelancer to handle LinkedIn social media account, with a focus on significantly increasing our followers and post impressions through organic and paid promotion strategies. The freelancer will be responsible for developing and executing strategies aimed at driving engagement, visibility, and growth on LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow the company’s LinkedIn presence.
Develop and execute strategies to significantly increase followers and post impressions.
Create engaging and relevant content aligned with the company’s industry and goals.
Optimize posts for LinkedIn’s algorithm to improve visibility and engagement.
Plan and execute paid promotion campaigns with the aim of expanding follower base and boosting post visibility.
Monitor performance metrics (followers, post impressions, engagement rates) and report on progress regularly.
Stay updated with LinkedIn trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure strategy optimization.
Suggest and implement creative ideas to enhance overall LinkedIn growth.
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing LinkedIn accounts, with a focus on follower growth and engagement.
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn’s algorithm and paid promotion tools.
Ability to create both organic and paid content that resonates with B2B audiences.
Experience in using analytics tools to track performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Excellent communication and content creation skills.
Must have an experience of handling LinkedIn profile of electronic manufacturing company.
Goals:
Substantial increase in LinkedIn followers over the coming months.
Boost in post impressions and overall engagement through both organic and paid strategies.
