Position Overview :
- We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated Freelance Business Development Executive, also known as a Client Generation Executive, to drive the expansion of our client base within the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or Recruitment Staffing industry. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of generating leads, establishing relationships, and closing deals. As a Freelance Business Development Executive, you will have the autonomy to work remotely while collaborating closely with our team to achieve mutual growth objectives.
Responsibilities :
Lead Generation :
- Identify and research potential clients within the BPO or Recruitment Staffing sector using various methods, including online research, networking events, social media, and industry forums.
- Employ proactive outreach strategies to cultivate a consistent flow of high-quality leads.
Client Relationship Building :
- Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with prospective clients by gaining insight into their unique needs and challenges.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing prompt and effective responses.
Value Proposition Presentation :
- Develop compelling and tailored presentations that effectively convey the value of our BPO or Recruitment Staffing services to potential clients.
- Customize presentations based on individual client requirements and industry trends.
Negotiation and Deal Closure :
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure mutually beneficial and profitable agreements.
- Achieve sales targets and actively contribute to the company's overall growth by closing new business deals.
Market Insights and Analysis :
- Stay informed about market trends, industry advancements, and competitive landscapes within the BPO or Recruitment Staffing sectors.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to refine the company's business development strategies.
Collaborative Approach :
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of client engagements and drive optimal client satisfaction.
Reporting :
- Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, opportunities, and interactions using the company's CRM system.
- Generate regular reports showcasing sales activities, pipeline progression, and revenue projections.
Qualifications :
- Demonstrated success in business development, client generation, or sales, preferably within the BPO or Recruitment Staffing industry.
- Solid comprehension of BPO services or Recruitment Staffing operations and the ability to convey their value to clients.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective rapport building with a diverse client base.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented mindset with the capability to work independently and remotely.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
- Adaptability to changing market conditions and evolving client preferences.
- Strategic thinking coupled with exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
- Willingness to accommodate varying time zones and flexible work hours as necessary.
- A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
