Objective: We are looking to hire 10 Virtual Assistants (VAs) who will be responsible for various WordPress-related tasks, including WordPress installation, content creation using AI (GPT), research work, team handling, and customer interactions. These VAs must be accountable, detail-oriented, and proactive in their workflow.
The selected Virtual Assistants will be responsible for the following tasks:
Installing, setting up, and configuring WordPress websites.
Managing WordPress themes, plugins, and updates.
Troubleshooting WordPress errors and optimizing site performance.
Generating high-quality, SEO-friendly content using AI tools (such as GPT-based models).
Formatting, proofreading, and publishing blog posts/pages on WordPress.
Optimizing content for readability and engagement using AI-assisted editing tools.
Conducting niche research and gathering valuable data for blog topics, product descriptions, and other web content.
Identifying industry trends and competitors' strategies.
Researching and implementing the latest WordPress tools and technologies.
Managing and collaborating with a team of writers, designers, and developers.
Tracking task completion and ensuring deadlines are met.
Reporting on project progress and addressing any workflow bottlenecks.
Responding to customer queries and support tickets related to WordPress.
Engaging with clients to understand their WordPress customization needs.
Providing guidance and solutions for WordPress-related issues.
To be considered for this role, the candidate must possess the following:
Technical Skills:
Hands-on experience with WordPress installation, customization, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization.
Familiarity with AI tools for content generation (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai).
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge (preferred but not required).
Soft Skills:
Strong research and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
Organizational and time-management skills for team coordination.
Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in WordPress management and content creation.
Prior experience in remote team handling is a plus.
Work Schedule: Flexible, but must be available for team meetings and task updates.
Expected Work Hours: Part-time or full-time, depending on the project workload.
Payment: Competitive hourly or fixed-rate compensation (to be discussed based on experience).
