I am planning to set up a corporation in Delaware, USA.
The corporation will export products from the U.S. to Japan.
The main products will be cosmetics, food, and electronics.
I live in Japan. The representative director and shareholder of this American corporation must be non-Japanese.
You will need to verify your identity when we establish the corporation and open a bank account, so please have your passport ready,
You will need to complete that process online.
You do not need to share your passport or any other personal information with me.
The process takes about 20 minutes. After that, there are very few procedures that will occur.
The purpose of this U.S. corporate account will be to receive sales and pay expenses.
Most of the expenses will be remitted to the Japanese company.
The remaining 21% of profits will be paid to the US as corporate tax.
Since you will not receive any compensation from the company in the form of executive compensation, there will be no tax liability for you at all.
The remuneration will be $50 per month, or $600 per year.
No work will be involved other than the procedure for opening the corporation.
If you are interested in this job please contact me.
Please ask me any questions you may have.

Hello Taisei, I'm interested in assisting you with establishing your Delaware corporation. I appreciate the transparency and clear outline of responsibilities. I'm reliable, detail-oriented, and available to complete the process smoothly. Looking forward to hearing from you and happy to answer any further questions. Best regards, Danish
