Location: Remote (India) Contract Duration: 14 weeks Compensation: 83,800 INR for the complete project About Us: We are a U.S.-based company looking for a skilled professional to assist in translating and managing content on our WordPress blog. Our website features approximately 1,400 blog posts that need to be translated from English into various Indian regional languages using AI tools and then uploaded to WordPress. Additionally, you will need to edit provided images using Canva and optimize the posts for SEO. This is a remote contract position with biweekly payments, and the possibility for full-time engagement in future projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate Content: Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT to translate approximately 1,400 blog posts from English into various regional languages of India.
  • Image Editing: Edit pre-designed images in Canva to align with the translated content.
  • WordPress Management: Upload translated text and edited images to WordPress, ensuring proper formatting and adherence to SEO best practices.
  • SEO Optimization: Edit meta descriptions, titles, tags, and other relevant components for SEO optimization.
  • Content Deadlines: Ensure the completion of 100 blog posts per week to meet the project deadlines, with a total of 1,400 blogs over 14 weeks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • WordPress Expertise: Strong proficiency in managing and publishing content on WordPress.
  • Translation & AI Tools: Experience using AI tools (such as ChatGPT) for content translation.
  • Image Editing: Familiarity with Canva for editing and localizing images.
  • SEO Knowledge: Proven ability to optimize content for SEO, including writing meta descriptions, titles, and using appropriate tags.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure accuracy and quality in all translated content and published blog posts.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Contract Terms:

  • Compensation: Fixed total compensation of 83,800 INR for the entire project.
  • Payment Schedule: Payments will be made biweekly, contingent on the completion of 200 blog posts every two weeks. This amounts to 12,000 INR per payment cycle.
  • Timeline: The contract will last for 14 weeks, with the expectation that 100 blog posts will be completed each week.
  • Monitoring & Quality Assurance: The work will be closely monitored to ensure quality, professionalism, and timely delivery. Any deviations from agreed standards will be addressed immediately.
  • Long-Term Opportunity: This position may lead to full-time employment and additional projects, depending on performance and the successful completion of the contract.
