Title: Looking for Long-Term 2D Animator for Weekly 5-Minute Videos with Celebrity Characters   Project Details:   Video Length: 5 minutes   Frequency: 1 video per week (ongoing)   Characters: 15 real-life celebrity characters (repeatable each week)   Background: Same room/setting each episode   Voiceover & Script: Will be provided by me   Animation Style: Lip sync, basic expressions, simple body movements, zooms, and basic transitions     Deliverables:   Full HD animated video synced with voiceover   Custom animations using pre-rigged characters and a static background   Final export in MP4 format     Budget:   ₹5000 INR (or approx. $60 USD) per video   Additional one-time fee for character and background setup negotiable     Ideal Freelancer:   Experienced in 2D animation (Toonly, Vyond, Adobe Animate, Character Animator, etc.)   Able to create stylized versions of real people   Good at lip-sync and basic expressions   Open to long-term collaboration     Please apply with your portfolio (especially if you’ve done similar explainer or cartoon-style videos) and confirm if you can work within the budget and timeline.   Looking forward to working together!
