Your Role Will Include:

• Planning and executing campaigns (ads, emails, or SEO depending on your expertise)

• Targeting and retargeting the right audience for client brands

• Driving real results: traffic, conversions, leads, or direct bookings

• Reporting performance and making data-driven optimizations

• Communicating clearly and delivering on time

 Requirements:

• Proven experience with clear portfolio/results

• Strong understanding of performance marketing

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Willingness to work project-wise (not full-time)

• Clear and consistent communication

This is project-based work. The budget and scope of each project will be shared with you in advance. You will be paid fairly based on your role and the complexity of the task.
