- Excellent skills in installing and configuring hosting in Cloud native computing principles and being able to troubleshoot and solve their common problems.
- WordPress Mastery: Handle all aspects of WordPress, including setting up, designing, and troubleshooting.
- Content Creation: Draft FAQs, help articles, and blog posts related to our hosting product and general WordPress guidance.
- Backend Management: Oversee website back-end operations, including database and server integrations.
- Theme & Plugin Integration: Implement and manage WordPress themes and plugins.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Troubleshoot and address bottlenecks, bugs, and other issues.
- Security: Stay abreast with the latest security standards and best practices to ensure our WordPress CMS remains secure.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, employing Git for source code management.
