Khagesh Mahanta is a graduate in mechanical engineering with a total diverse professional experience of over 25 years, out of which 20+ years in the areas of new product development, engineering design, quality assurance, process excellence, project management, management systems implementation (lean, QHSE, etc.), turned multi-management systems consultant, trainer, implementer, speaker, author, and content creator both as a remote freelancer as well as an entrepreneur. Author of 10+ books, and some more are in the pipeline.
Khagesh has spent the last nine years training and consulting on multi-management systems, including lean manufacturing systems. He completed the LMCS (Lean Manufacturing Competitiveness Scheme) projects of the Ministry of MSME, Govt. of India, at two manufacturing clusters of 17 organizations in South India as an empaneled lean consultant of the Quality Council of India.
Khagesh also provides training in artwork (pencil sketches) and spoken English (both American and British English).
